As a System Engineer for SharePoint Application Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future-readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in one of several major German cities or remotely nationwide, you will be responsible for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of complex system environments. Your day-to-day tasks involve managing PEGA applications and solutions within a Kubernetes-based private cloud infrastructure. This includes handling incident, service request, change, and problem management to maintain strict SLAs. You will perform 2nd level support, automate recurring tasks using Ansible and scripting, and maintain technical documentation.
