As an IT Service Management Expert at BWI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future-readiness of the German Federal Armed Forces. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of release processes for cross-sectional applications. Your day-to-day activities include creating detailed application update schedules, moderating coordination meetings with stakeholders, and managing maintenance windows. Additionally, you will provide 2nd level support, perform error analysis, and develop training materials and documentation.
