Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex business processes into elegant digital workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, specifically focusing on Service Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Field Service Management (FSM). You will actively steer agile sub-projects, translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions through system configuration and complex flow development. When standard solutions are insufficient, you will develop custom client-side and server-side JavaScript. This role is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys knowledge sharing and mentoring colleagues within an innovative team environment. Required Skills
Education
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one practice (CSM, SOM, or FSM) are required. Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the implementation or expansion of the ServiceNow platform
- Professional experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules
- Proven experience in agile project environments and requirement analysis
- Experience in developing custom JavaScript solutions within ServiceNow
- Experience in managing interface and integration requirements
Languages
Additional
- Location: Jena, Germany. Flexible working hours and home office options available for 75% of the company. Requires German language proficiency at C1 level.
