This role at the Federal Press Office (BPA) in Berlin involves managing and securing the mobile infrastructure for one of Germany's highest federal authorities. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for the configuration of mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and SINA secure clients. Your daily tasks will include the conceptual design and operation of Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, encompassing server and database administration. You will provide 2nd-level support, perform detailed error analysis, and contribute to technical security concepts and operational documentation. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma-FH) in Computer Science or a related IT field; alternatively, an above-average completed vocational IT training with extensive professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in at least one of the specified technical areas (MDM, iOS, macOS, or SINA)
- Proven experience in configuring and managing mobile end devices
- Experience in 2nd-level IT support and error analysis
- Experience in creating technical documentation and security concepts
- Long-term practical experience required if applying with a vocational qualification instead of a degree

- Must be able to work at the service location in Berlin. Position is subject to the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD) up to pay grade E12.
