Job Summary

As a QC Product Manager in Microbiology, you will serve as the central point of contact for the quality control of assigned pharmaceutical products. Your daily responsibilities include managing cGMP-compliant release and stability testing, optimizing laboratory processes, and maintaining the lifecycle of analytical equipment and microbiological test methods. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during inspections and audits while overseeing operational laboratory management, including health, safety, and environmental (HSE) topics. This role is highly impactful as you will support the head of microbiological quality control in release decisions according to German pharmaceutical regulations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Extensive experience with laboratory equipment and microbiological analytical methods
  • Experience in operational laboratory leadership and staff training
