Job Summary

This role offers a comprehensive entry into the world of Intellectual Property law at one of Europe's most prestigious IP firms. As a Patent Attorney Trainee, you will undergo rigorous training to become both a German and European Patent Attorney. Your daily responsibilities include supporting experienced attorneys in client consultations, drafting patent applications in collaboration with inventors, and formulating legal opinions on the prospects of patent grants based on search reports and examination notices. You will also participate in oral proceedings and assist in opposition and appeal procedures before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office. Required Skills

Education
