As a Patent Attorney and authorized representative before the European Patent Office at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, you will manage a comprehensive portfolio of intellectual property matters with a focus on electrical and information technology. Your daily responsibilities include advising clients on technical inventions, drafting and filing national and international patent applications, and representing clients before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and the European Patent Office (EPO). You will also conduct expert opinions on patent rights, perform patent searches, and supervise the work of junior staff and patent engineers.
