Job Summary

As an IT Support Engineer specializing in Conferencing & Events at Osborne Clarke, you will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding all IT workplace matters. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring stable system operations, managing the technical success of meetings, and preparing hardware for deployment. A significant focus of this role is the end-to-end lifecycle management of conference and event technology across the firm's German offices. You will administer approximately 30 Microsoft Teams Room systems, provide technical support for hybrid seminars and webinars, and collaborate closely with marketing and HR teams for event execution.
