Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to partners, lawyers, and staff, ensuring stable system operation and professional setup of new devices. A key focus is on Conferencing and Technical Event Support, where the engineer will manage the full lifecycle of conference and event technology, serving as the subject matter expert. Day-to-day tasks include handling hardware and software inquiries, analyzing and documenting user problems, and configuring end devices like notebooks, smartphones, and tablets. The specialist will also administer and optimize approximately 30 Microsoft Teams Room Systems across multiple German locations and provide technical planning and support for internal and external events, including webinars, ensuring high-quality audio/video and a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT, possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple client systems, and demonstrates excellent service orientation, even under pressure.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training as an IT System Administrator, IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Initial experience in IT, such as User Helpdesk, IT Support, internships, or working student activities
  • Experience with conferencing technology and Microsoft Teams Room Systems, or willingness to quickly learn these topics
