Job Summary

As a Legal Project Manager specializing in Energy, you will serve as the central interface between clients, lawyers, and project stakeholders to ensure the structured and efficient execution of complex energy transactions. You will work within a highly-regarded energy law team to develop and implement best practices, standards, and processes for renewable energy mandates. Your daily responsibilities include identifying project risks, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and utilizing digital tools for tracking, controlling, and reporting. This role is unique as it allows you to drive the energy transition forward by managing high-stakes legal projects without providing direct legal advice yourself. You will collaborate closely with Legal Tech units to optimize mandate management and develop sector-specific products. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Law (Wirtschaftsrecht) or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a career changer with relevant professional experience in energy transactions.

Experience

  • Experience in transaction or project business within the energy sector
  • Proven track record in project management and organizational leadership
