Job Summary
As an Implementation Specialist for Customer Service Projects and Process Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-departmental digitalization and reorganization initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and coordinating projects that automate workflows and enhance the overall customer experience. You will act as a vital bridge between business departments and IT, translating operational requirements into technical specifications. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Beyond project management, you will develop concepts and standards for implementation and lead training sessions for the customer service team. This position is ideal for a structured professional who enjoys analytical problem-solving and wants to make a tangible impact on operational efficiency within a leading international water treatment company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or comparable qualification in Business, Technology, IT, or Project Management.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in project work and solution implementation within Customer Service or Operations
- Demonstrated experience in the field of Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Proven experience using ERP and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for process optimization
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs for Customer Service teams
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical IT specifications

- Willingness to travel approximately 20%. Permanent full-time position with hybrid work options (2 days mobile work per week).
