This role involves supporting translational and computational infection research with a focus on RNA viruses like Hepatitis E. As a Data Scientist, you will spend your days developing new tools and pipelines for viral genome investigation, providing bioinformatic consultation, and analyzing sequencing data. Beyond data analysis, you will be responsible for data management, visualization, and technical infrastructure tasks, including network administration and server maintenance. The position is highly collaborative, requiring you to support the creation of scientific publications and manage hardware and software installations. Required Skills

Education
