Job Summary

As an IT Application Support Specialist at REMONDIS IT Services, you will serve as a vital link between complex software solutions and the end-users across a global network. Your daily responsibilities involve the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing software applications. You will handle First and Second-Level support, troubleshooting technical issues independently while providing expert guidance and training to users to ensure high levels of enablement. Beyond support, you will actively participate in implementing new requirements and functionalities, collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external service providers. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in creating technical documentation and user manuals
