Job Summary

As an IT First Level Support Specialist at Unfallkasse Baden-Württemberg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services for approximately 350 colleagues. Your daily responsibilities include managing the ticket lifecycle—from initial acceptance and classification to resolution or escalation to second-level support. You will be actively involved in user and rights management via Active Directory, monitoring server and network systems, and configuring end-user hardware such as notebooks and smartphones. Additionally, you will play a key role in software deployment and the continuous improvement of ITSM processes and knowledge-base documentation. Required Skills
