Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the independent control, adjustment, and optimization of technical systems at the UKBW location in Karlsruhe. Your daily activities will involve operating and monitoring Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) systems to ensure energy efficiency, as well as managing external service providers during maintenance and repair work. You will act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining the testing and maintenance registers for all building equipment. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and practical, hands-on tasks to maintain a high-quality building environment.
