Job Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor (Pharmakoordinator), you will play a pivotal role in a fast-growing international pharmaceutical environment. Your daily responsibilities include planning, organizing, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP and EHS guidelines. You will take functional authority over your team, overseeing shift operations and managing technical training. A significant part of the role involves optimizing internal processes, creating test sets, and drafting technical reports and process descriptions in both German and English. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, quality-driven environment. The role offers an attractive salary package between €56,000 and €68,000, a 37.5-hour work week, and the chance to work in a modern facility with a motivated team. It is initially a 18-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of permanent takeover.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Pharmacy with additional certification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) with IHK qualification, or equivalent long-term professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related regulated environment
  • Proven experience in leadership or functional authority roles such as a Shift Leader
  • Extensive experience working within cGMP and EHS regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in creating technical reports, SOPs, and process descriptions
  • Practical experience using IT systems and databases like SAP or BioMES
