Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and overseeing pharmaceutical production processes within a highly regulated environment. As a Pharmaceutical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel while ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines. Your daily activities will include optimizing internal workflows, creating test sets, and managing projects both independently and in collaboration with a motivated team. A significant part of the role involves leadership responsibilities, where you will exercise technical authority, conduct staff training, and draft technical reports and process descriptions in both German and English.
