Job Summary

As a Big Data Scientist for the Services Analytics Plateau, you will join an Agile Scrum team at the forefront of Airbus Defence and Space’s analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, from identifying high-impact organizational problems and performing exploratory data analysis to developing production-ready code in Python. Your daily work involves 'data wrangling', creating and validating machine learning models, and building ELT pipelines using Spark. A key part of this role is acting as a pioneer by driving new data governance models and presenting complex findings to stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior management.
