As a Project Assistant for the Smart City initiative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping urban digital transformation. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, workshops, and events designed to implement the city's Smart City strategy. You will be responsible for creating high-level presentations and decision-making templates, maintaining inter- and intranet content, and drafting editorial contributions. Furthermore, you will ensure project transparency through diligent documentation and support project controlling, including budgetary administration. Required Skills
Education
Degree or qualification suitable for Public Service Grade 9b TVöD or A 9-10 BayBesO (e.g., Public Administration degree, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in project coordination or administrative project support
- Experience in organizing workshops, events, or professional meetings
- Experience in drafting editorial content and managing digital communication channels
- Experience in public sector administration or budgetary processes is highly beneficial
- Experience in creating decision-making templates and executive presentations
