Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at the Die Gute Hand Foundation, you will play a critical role in maintaining the digital infrastructure of a large non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and adults with complex emotional needs. Based in Kürten-Biesfeld, this part-time position (50%) focuses on providing high-quality technical assistance to approximately 650 employees. Your daily responsibilities will include managing first-level support requests, maintaining system hardware and software, and overseeing printing systems. You will also be responsible for the meticulous documentation of IT assets and providing direct user support.
