This part-time (50%) position based in Kürten-Biesfeld involves providing essential administrative and technical support for the IT department of a non-profit foundation. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as the first point of contact for users via telephone support, manage the inventory and documentation of hardware and software, and oversee the distribution of IT consumables.
