Job Summary

This part-time position (50%) involves providing essential support to the IT department of a non-profit foundation dedicated to helping children and adults with complex emotional needs. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will handle telephone support for end-users, manage the inventory and documentation of hardware and software, and oversee the distribution of IT consumables. The role is based in Kürten-Biesfeld within a multi-professional central administration team.
