This role involves acting as a client representative and project manager for the state administration of Saxony-Anhalt in Dessau. You will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of electrical, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure projects within public buildings. Day-to-day tasks include BIM management, conducting technical site assessments, creating cost forecasts, and managing procurement processes according to German public building regulations (VOB, VgV, HOAI). You will oversee external engineering firms and contractors, ensuring projects meet strict quality, budget, and sustainability standards (BNB). This position is unique as it offers a permanent civil service-adjacent role (TV-L E11) with the opportunity to shape public infrastructure and implement modern BIM methodologies.
