As an HR Payroll Specialist in Mannheim, you will take full ownership of the monthly payroll processing for a designated employee group within a leading facility management and industrial services provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring strict compliance with collective bargaining agreements, tax laws, and social security regulations. You will manage personnel master data, handle reporting to authorities and social security agencies, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding payroll inquiries. Additionally, you will prepare HR statistics and support corporate audits.
