Job Summary

As a Facility Manager in Berlin, you will be responsible for the comprehensive technical management of designated properties. Your day-to-day activities involve organizing and supervising maintenance, inspections, and repairs while ensuring strict adherence to legal safety regulations and contractual obligations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead on-site teams, and manage external service providers. Beyond technical oversight, the role includes administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting in IT systems, and preparing commercial offers. This position is ideal for technical professionals with leadership experience who enjoy a mix of operational management and client relations. The role offers a long-term perspective with a permanent contract, above-tariff pay, and the opportunity to work within a leading European service provider network in building technology and industrial services.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician certification in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or a University degree in Engineering (Supply Engineering, Facility Management, or Electrical Engineering).

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical facility management and property management
  • Experience in leading and supervising internal employees and external service providers
  • Practical experience in maintenance, inspection, and repair of building technical systems
  • Experience in client relationship management and commercial offer preparation
