Job Summary
This role involves providing technical support within a dynamic IT environment for a leading European technology firm in Salzgitter. As an Application Support Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service requests and 2nd level incidents, with a specific focus on shopfloor support in manufacturing environments. You will work closely with customers to develop use cases, coordinate system updates, and provide remote support for both national and international locations. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in on-site service or helpdesk environments.
