As an IT Service Technician for Onsite 2nd Level Support, you will be the direct point of contact for clients in St. Leon-Rot, ensuring their hardware and software systems run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve performing 2nd level support for client systems, replacing hardware such as notebooks and PCs, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. You will be responsible for documenting all technical processes within a ticket system while providing professional consultation to end-users. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience working with MS Windows and Office environments
