Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • 12+ years of professional experience in Siemens or a related industry with a proven track record in offensive security
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and inspiring teams of highly skilled cybersecurity professionals
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, career development, and fostering high-performance cultures
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Red/Blue Teaming, application security, or IT operations
  • Practical experience in Capture the Flag (CTF) events, bug hunting, or vulnerability research (CVEs)
