Job Summary

This role involves joining the global Cybersecurity Assurance function to conduct high-impact ethical hacking and red team assessments across the entire Siemens landscape. As a key member of the assurance team, you will perform security evaluations on IT/OT infrastructures, cloud environments, digital products, and factories. Your day-to-day will include designing sophisticated attack scenarios, mimicking real-world threat behaviors, and translating complex technical findings into actionable management information for executive leadership. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in penetration testing within a relevant industry
  • Professional experience with red team methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Experience in application security, software security, or infrastructure testing
  • Proven record of continuous career development and technical upskilling
  • Experience in Capture The Flag (CTF) events, bug hunting, or vulnerability research is preferred
