Job Summary

As an HR Specialist at the Technical University of Braunschweig, you will join the collective bargaining team to manage personnel matters for scientific, artistic, and support staff. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/Bachelor), Administrative Examination II (Verwaltungsprüfung II), Bachelor's degree in Business/Social Sciences with an HR focus, or First State Examination in Law.

Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources or higher education administration is preferred
  • Experience in handling labor and collective bargaining law matters
  • Experience using SAP HCM is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in drafting professional correspondence and legal communication
