Job Summary

This part-time (50%) permanent role at the Technical University of Braunschweig involves providing critical administrative support to the Faculty of Humanities and Education. You will serve as a central point of contact for students, institutes, and external partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and coordinating school-based internship phases, managing documentation such as certificates and presentation materials, and maintaining digital content on the Stud.IP platform. Additionally, you will support the Dean of Studies by preparing committee meetings, drafting invitations, taking minutes, and assisting with personnel hiring processes for student assistants. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Office Communication Specialist, Office Management Assistant, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in coordinating internships or educational programs is preferred
  • Experience with data preparation software like PowerBI or Tableau is an advantage
