Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Marklkofen, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across an entire industrial company. Your daily responsibilities include providing onsite support for Windows client operating systems, hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers), and telecommunications equipment. You will act as the primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving errors directly at their workstations. Additionally, you will handle service requests through a ticketing system, perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks, and provide 'hands and eyes' support for network components.
