Job Summary

This role involves leading the establishment and validation of modern sequencing technologies, including both short-read and long-read platforms, within the Institute for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and advancing an innovative metagenome sequencing platform tailored for clinical diagnostics and hospital hygiene. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing sample preparation, managing sequencing workflows, performing quality control, and conducting data analysis.
