Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support and maintenance of client environments within an international IT services company in Neckarsulm. Your daily responsibilities include installing hardware and software, managing the full lifecycle of client systems, and maintaining accurate technical documentation and inventory data. As a key point of contact for onsite users, you will provide direct Second Level Support, performing error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and communication systems. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical problem-solving and client administration. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in network and communication systems support
  • Practical experience in client environment administration
