Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level technical support for the ITZBund end-user environment. Your daily activities will include processing service requests, troubleshooting malfunctions, and managing user accounts via Active Directory. You will be hands-on with hardware, installing and configuring client machines using SCCM, and handling the physical assembly and cabling of workstation equipment at client sites. Additionally, you will manage IT assets, ensuring database accuracy and proper device distribution. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical environment
  • Experience in the installation of operating systems and workstation deployment
  • Practical experience with Active Directory and MS Office 365
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level user support
