As a Facility Manager in Berlin, you will take technical responsibility for assigned properties, overseeing the organization and control of maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both external service providers and internal staff members. Your day-to-day involves tracking defects, managing warranties, and ensuring all technical documentation is updated within IT systems. Additionally, you will handle on-site sales tasks and prepare service quotes. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in building technology or electrical engineering who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and leadership. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician qualification in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Proven track record in organizing technical maintenance, inspections, and repairs
