This role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance within an innovative Managed Services environment in Neckarsulm. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of client hardware, including setup, maintenance, and management. Your daily activities will include installing and updating operating systems and software, providing onsite service for end-users, and performing individual configurations as required. While primarily focused on Second Level Support, you will also handle First Level tasks and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining client hardware
