Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support in Frankfurt for a leading IT company. The position involves a wide range of daily tasks, including installing and replacing hardware like clients, tablets, and phones, performing software installations and image deployments, and managing user accounts and access rights. A key part of the job is supporting Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) hardware, handling ticket processing and prioritization, and conducting remote troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of MS Active Directory and network environments, and familiarity with client hardware.
