This role involves the independent remote monitoring and technical management of battery storage systems for a major client in the renewable energy sector. The Technical Operations Manager acts as the single point of contact for all technical issues, handling second-level support tickets, escalating complex problems to manufacturers or third-level support, and coordinating necessary maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities include remote control of facilities, developing maintenance concepts, managing spare parts processes, and producing technical monthly reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably focusing on Renewable Energies) or a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrician, Industrial Electronics Technician) and possesses multi-year experience operating electrical systems. Strong service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS365 and ticket systems are essential for success in this critical operational role.
