Job Summary

This permanent, full-time Field Service Engineer role is based entirely on-site in Eisenhüttenstadt, supporting a leading industrial client's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for IT user support, ensuring smooth operations across hardware installation, rollout, and device management. Daily responsibilities include performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), setting up new hardware, managing mobile devices (specifically Apple and Samsung), and assisting with Intune/Endpoint Management tasks. You will also oversee inventory control and provide essential 1st and 2nd level technical support directly on-site. Key prerequisites include a completed IT qualification or extensive field service experience, deep knowledge of Intune and Mobile Device Management, and strong German communication skills.
