This role involves the independent remote monitoring and management of battery storage systems, acting as the technical single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. The Technical Operations Manager will handle second-level ticket processing, escalating complex issues to manufacturers or third-level support, and coordinating necessary maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities also include remote control of systems, especially during on-site service activities, managing maintenance concepts, spare parts processes, and generating technical monthly reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably focusing on Renewable Energies) or a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrician, Industrial Electronics Technician) combined with several years of experience operating electrical systems. Proficiency in MS365 and ticket systems (like Jira/Confluence), coupled with fluent German and good English skills, is essential for success in this service-oriented, optimization-focused position.
