As an Onsite IT Technician in Berlin, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support within a market-leading IT solutions and service management firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support for Windows 10 and macOS clients, as well as managing mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms via Mobile Device Management (MDM). You will play a crucial role in end-user satisfaction by assisting with device setups, data migrations, and the installation of IT hardware.
