As an IT Service Technician Monitoring in Braunschweig, you will be responsible for the continuous 24/7 monitoring and operation of IT applications within a production environment. Your daily routine involves acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and fax, while serving as a critical interface between departments. You will be tasked with identifying system warnings and malfunctions, isolating errors immediately, and providing second-level support for hardware and software issues. Furthermore, you will react to security threats and manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, including qualification, prioritization, and documentation.
