Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support and maintenance of workplace infrastructure for an international IT services provider in Hechingen. Your daily tasks include performing remote and on-site error diagnostics, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing the installation and delivery of PCs, laptops, and printers. You will also be tasked with documenting all activities within a ticketing system to ensure service quality.
