Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician in Düren, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions provider. Your daily responsibilities will involve a mix of remote and face-to-face support, where you will analyze and resolve technical disruptions within network and printing environments. You will be responsible for asset management, client administration via Active Directory, and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.
