As an Onsite IT Service Technician based in Oberhausen, you will provide hands-on hardware support for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. Your daily responsibilities involve the installation and configuration of various IT hardware types, independent analysis of customer inquiries, and providing first-level solutions for support requests. You will work within a team to handle hardware rollouts and manage ticket-based support, occasionally traveling to different sites to ensure operational efficiency.
