As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Hamburg, you will act as a technical problem-solver directly at customer locations. Your daily responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, analyzing complex IT infrastructure disruptions, and providing direct user support. You will be responsible for documenting technical workflows and developing effective solutions for various IT challenges.
