As an IT Onsite Support Technician in Bremen, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a market-leading service provider. Your daily responsibilities include providing 2nd level support within a production environment, managing Windows and iOS client support, and handling network and telecommunications issues. You will be responsible for resolving IT support tickets based on priority and configuring specialized systems such as time tracking and point-of-sale terminals. This role is particularly unique as it involves hands-on hardware repairs and the maintenance of interactive whiteboards and cash-loading systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Onsite IT Support
  • Practical experience with interactive whiteboards and cash-loading systems
  • Proven experience in Windows system administration and client support
  • Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with Ticket Systems and priority-based task management
