Job Summary

As a Senior Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a nationwide IT service provider at their Geretsried location. Your daily responsibilities include managing network and server infrastructure, administering Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, and providing hands-on hardware support. You will oversee critical systems such as time tracking, CCTV, and telephony, while also managing support tickets through an ITSM system. Beyond technical maintenance, you will coordinate procurement, manage software licenses, and conduct employee training for hardware and software.
