Your daily activities will involve managing Windows client systems, iOS devices, and network infrastructure (Layer 1-3). You will independently resolve IT support tasks based on incoming tickets and project orders, ensuring that incidents are properly documented and processed within the customer's management tool. Additionally, you will provide critical 2nd-level support for business users, maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with clients. Required Skills

Education
